No boxes were physically harmed in the making of this comparison.

You’ll find that all pictures on this site are pictures of actual boxes in our collection. Some are not in our primary location yet, but pictures and descriptions will be added soon.

We are still missing a few boxes in the Czech/Slovak languages, but we hope to fill these gaps soon! If you can help us with that, please contact us. If you are not sure which box you have, have a look below or contact us and we’ll be able to tell you!

First printing

2003

The first release of the Traders & Builders expansion in Czech/Slovak came out very soon after the release in Germany. The box is the same in design, although we can find the Albi logo all over the box!

We managed to find a copy of this expansion, still in seal, through a friend in Poland!

Second printing

2005

We do not currently have a copy from this printing in our collection. If you have one that you would like to donate or sell, please contact us.

Third printing

2012

The Mindok logo has been updated and the watermark added to the top-right corner of the box.

Fourth printing

2013

Another box where the details make all the difference! Since we found out that there are often different printings of the expansions, with the main difference on the front of the box being the blue ‘C’ in the logo, we developed an eye for it. This is the main way of recognising this printing from the front of the box.

We have a very helpful contact, who is very actively looking for printings of expansions, and this is one of the boxes that he helped us obtain!
