Hans im Glück, first printing

2021

The third edition of the game saw another big overhaul in the box design. This time from the design of Franz-Georg Stammele, the new box art shows a wider landscape, leading to the city of Carcassonne. With tiles from the game making a 3D landscape, and a new tile about to be placed.

A fun extra on the box is that the image stretches over to the sides and the top/bottom of the box. The logo of the game also saw an update. The back of the box has a similar design to that of the 2019 releases, which fits perfectly in the new look of Carcassonne.
