It looks similar to the German first printing of the 2nd edition, but with the logo from Lautapelit, as well as that of the Finnish Game of the Year, Vuoden Peli.

Lautapelit, second printing

2020

Lautapelit updated their box design in 2020, not long after the re-design of the box in other languages. The box shows no Spiel des Jahres logo, but includes the Finnish Game of the Year/Vuoden Peli, which Carcassonne won in 2004.
